Our Instrumentation department mainly deals with Instrumentation Engineering, Supply & Installation of all E&I materials required for process skid packages or plant. We prepare all the required Instrumentation & Electrical design documents required to build your process packages. We have a good understanding of PFD, HMB & P&IDs.

Custody transfer & fiscal metering
We also support metering process package companies for custody transfer applications. Custody transfer is the process whereby natural gas is measured for sale from one party to another, a process which involves measuring parameters such as gas pressure and temperature, gas quality and gas flow. The process is becoming ever more important as it represents a scrutinised cash register between the gas supplier and the consumer.
The three main elements of a fiscal metering system are the local field instrument (flow meter), a certified flow computer and a supervisory system. The flow computer, with the help of information received from the flow meter, does the flow calculation based on various international standards. The supervisory system helps in generating reports based on customer requirements and provides online diagnostics of all the flow meters.
At Highscope we provide a software integration platform for metering supervisory systems. We customise your supervisory system requirement to a simple standalone system, or a more reliable duty/standby or client/server system depending on your application. Along with the supervisory system we also provide flow-computer panels completely wired with Ethernet switches, converters, flow computer, power supply, PLC, MCBs etc.

We have partnered with reputed instrument manufacturers for the supply of pressure, flow, temperature, level, vibration and other instruments. Along with the instruments we identify and supply the required accessories (manifold valves, plugs, cable glands etc.).
We stock junction boxes from reputed makes and customise them to customer requirements — offering fast delivery along with all required drawings and documents. Our engineering strength helps us choose and supply the right E&I bulk material for your packages.

E&I installation services
Our E&I team works closely with most process package vendors, supporting them with E&I installation activities on process skid packages. The skid packages are manufactured by fabrication companies in their yard. Our E&I team (on behalf of our customer) usually stays at the fabrication yard to complete installation of all E&I work including tubing, cable tray routing, cable laying, glanding, termination etc. All instrument installation / hook-up is conducted based on the instrument hook-up drawings. We also conduct the FAT on behalf of our customer in the presence of the TPI appointed by the end-user & EPC contractor.
